S&CC Payment

Collection Hours:
8.00am to 4.30pm from Mondays to Fridays
8.00am - 12.30pm on Saturdays
Closed on Sundays and Public Holidays

S&CC is due on the first day of every month and payable without demand from the Town Council. We give our residents a one-month grace period to pay their S&CC. This means that if payment is made within the calender month, late payment penalty fee will not be imposed.

The monthly Service & Conservancy Charges (S&CC) goes towards the maintenance and upkeep of the common property within the Pasir Ris - Punggol Town. Some of these services include:

Provision of essential maintenance and repairs of lifts, water pumps, switchrooms, lightings and lift rescue services
Conservancy and cleaning works
Landscaping and horticultural works
Preventive and cyclical maintenance works including repainting and re-roofing
Replacement of water pipes and automatic refuse chute-flushing systems

Cheque or Cashier's Order

Please send your cheque or money order to any of the addresses above. The cheque or money order should be made payable to "Pasir Ris - Punggol Town Council". Please remember to write your full address/ IC number or Service and Conservancy Charges (S&CC) Account Number at the back of the cheque.

As a measure to cut down on paper wastage and postage cost, we seek your kind understanding that we will not provide individual receipts for cheque payment. Hence, you may wish to check for proof of the cheque payment through your bank account statements and/or our Town Council's Annual Statement of Account.

GIRO or RCCS (Recurring Credit Card Scheme)

Please be advised that the average processing time for GIRO application is about two months. As such, residents are advised to continue to pay their S&CC by cash, NETS, credit cards, cheque or money order at our offices, until they are notified of their GIRO commencement date.

Deduction through GIRO is made on the 28th of every month. There will be a 2nd GIRO deduction made on the 7th of the following month if the deduction on the 28th is unsuccessful. Please also note that certain banks will levy a service charge in the event of each unsuccessful GIRO deduction. Residents are advised to maintain sufficient funds in your bank account for GIRO deduction or make prompt payment to our Council to avoid any penalty charges.

An alternative to making payment by GIRO is the RCCS where we accept all Master and Visa credit cards. The deduction cycle for the credit card is between 20th and 25th of each month. This deduction will be reflected in your monthly credit card statement.
